Ian Lam, Denturist

Native to the BC interior, Ian grew up in Clearwater near Kamloops. Having previously worked as an ambulance attendant and as a Registered Nurse, he has vast knowledge of the care required when treating his patients. Ian graduated from the Denturist program with honours and twice received the Denturist Association of BC Scholarship from Vancouver Community College. Being healthy and active is an important part of his life. He enjoys all variety of sports including; tennis, skiing, sailing and hockey. And, yes he makes customized sport mouth guards. Ian has traveled extensively around the world highlighted by a two year English teaching excursion in Dalian, China. When Ian is not busy improving smiles he is enjoying life with his daughters Corinne, Sasha and Jolie. Come in and join his family of satisfied customers.

Jeff Choi, Denturist

Born and raised in Toronto, Jeff graduated with honours from the Denturist Program at George Brown College. Prior to opening his own practice, Jeff worked for over six years in dental clinics around the greater Toronto area. Jeff was also on the Exam Committee for the College of Denturists of Ontario, where he evaluated licensing exams that Denturist students needed to complete in order to become licensed practitioners. He was also a licensing examiner for two years for the province of Ontario. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing golf, weight training, discovering amazing places to eat, and volunteers at charity events for the Big Brother Big Sister’s Foundation of Toronto.

Jeff left his busy practice in Toronto to join us here in Victoria. Patients appreciate his straightforward approach where he lays out all their treatment options in a systematic, easy-to-understand manner without all the confusing medical jargon.

I would rate this clinic as the absolute best. I know my mouth is difficult to work on and Ian did an amazing job on my new teeth and he was always kind and patient throughout the process. I will always go back there.

Recently had my teeth extracted and immediate dentures put in their place. Mr. Ian Lam was exceptional from the initial consultation right through aftercare follow ups. With his incredible knowledge of his industry he offered a referral to an amazing dental surgeon and got me out of chronic dental pain in a very short period of time. The dentures Ian crafted were exactly what I asked for. He listened patiently, offered his wisdom and produced a high quality and comfortable product. Denturist, Ian Lam did such a terrific job that I didn't even mind that the virus/our insurance. delayed the process between the first, temporary denture and the second long term denture by a full year. Just got the second denture today and I couldn't be happier.Thank you, Ian for giving me the beautiful smile I've always wanted.

Dr. Ian Lamb was referred to me by my dentist and I could not have wished for better treatment for every aspect of my needs. What started of as a horrid event ( my bridge breaking and an ensuing extraction) ended on a high note with Dr. Lamb sympathetically discussing my options then making a tiny, perfect partial for me. It was amazing. Cannot tell at all that I have a denture in my mouth! Thank you, Ian.

Great receptionist and denturist! Ian provided me with the service and care I needed very efficiently and effectively. He goes the extra mile and a half to get the fit so well and return you to looking your best. Great artwork to take in while your in the office too. Great place through and through.
